UN expert warns if human rights shelved in talks on North Korea

An investigator of United Nations has voiced his concern about the human rights getting sidelined in the US and South Korea talks with North Korea regarding the nuclear and ballistic missile programmes. Tomas Ojea Quintana is the U.N. special rapporteur on North Korea who reports on the human rights condition to the UNGA.
