Turkish President writes opinion piece to Washington Post

The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wrote an opinion piece to the Washington Post in which he clearly rejected the efforts of associate Christianity along with terrorism. He also reiterated that the Christchurch terrorist Brenton Tarrant and Daesh as he said them to have been cut from the same cloth. He also wrote that he categorically rejected any attempt for associating the terrorist attacks in New Zealand that took place last week’s with the teachings, morals or maxims of Christianity. He said, “If anything, what happened in New Zealand was the toxic product of ignorance and hate.”
