Sri Lankan activists are fearing the end of human rights investigations

Activists are fearing that the return of Rajapaksa marks the end of the series of investigations which also includes a UN human rights resolution. The crimes were committed during his previous tenure and those were straining a post civil-war reconciliation process which had already been stalled.
