Burundi’s “slave trade” slur has outraged the UN rights chief

U.N. human rights chief Michelle Bachelet has expressed her outrage at the comments by Burundi’s ambassador in New York and has compared the chairman to a UN inquiry into the country to being a participant in the slave trade. His tweet read,  “an African tasked with selling another African country at auction” about the Senegalese chairman Doudou Diène.
